Refund Policy

Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid Subscriptions for Bolt Sequencer offered by IGOR ALEKSIĆ PR ALEKSIFA DIGITAL ("Company", "we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service at Terms of Service on the marketing site, which govern billing, suspension, and termination.
If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms regarding refunds, this Refund Policy controls for refund eligibility and process; all other billing and account matters remain governed by the Terms.
14-day money-back guarantee after each payment
If you are not satisfied with Bolt Sequencer, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment — including your initial charge, monthly renewals, and quota upgrades. Each charge has its own 14-day window starting on the date that payment posts. Contact support from Settings → Billing within that window to start a refund request for the payment in question. Approved refunds are processed after support review.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, sign in and contact support through the in-app billing or support channel. We may confirm account eligibility and identify the eligible charge before issuing a refund.
Eligibility and limitations
Refunds apply only to eligible subscription charges within the 14-day window described above. We do not provide refunds for periods outside that window except where required by applicable law.
We may deny or limit a refund if your account was suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms, abuse, deliverability risk, or non-payment. Fees for periods during which the Service was materially available to you are generally not refundable after the guarantee window closes.
If you initiate a payment chargeback or card dispute, we may pause refund processing and account changes until the dispute is resolved.
Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect but you are not requesting a refund under this policy, notify us at support@boltsequencer.com within 60 days of the invoice or charge date, with sufficient detail to investigate. This is separate from a refund request under the 14-day guarantee.
