Frequently asked questions

How does pricing work?

You choose a monthly send volume between 10,000 and 1,000,000 emails (in 1,000-email steps). Every product capability is included — there are no feature tiers, only send volume.

What counts toward my monthly send limit?

Each outbound email sent through a campaign or sequence send step counts once against your account quota. Replies you send from Unified Inbox do not count. Non-send steps — wait, branch, tags, webhooks, HTTP actions, and similar — do not count.

Are there different plans or feature tiers?

No. Bolt Sequencer is one product: the only variable is your monthly send volume. Everything in the comparison table above is included at every volume level.

What happens if I exceed my monthly volume?

When you reach your allowance, outbound campaign sends pause until your billing period resets or your quota is increased. Enrollments may retry later. Contact support from Settings to request a higher limit.

Can I change my send volume later?

Yes. Request a quota change through support (Settings → Billing → Upgrade). Increases can take effect during the current period; decreases typically apply from your next billing period so active campaigns are not cut off mid-cycle.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with Bolt Sequencer, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment — including your initial charge, monthly renewals, and quota upgrades. Each charge has its own 14-day window starting on the date that payment posts. Contact support from Settings within that window to start a refund request for the payment in question. How is usage counted across multiple workspaces?

Monthly send quota is set on the account owner and shared across all workspaces that owner owns. Teammates invited to someone else’s workspace use that workspace’s owner quota, not a separate allowance. Invited accounts cannot create their own organization unless workspace creation is enabled on their account (for example after you subscribe or an admin enables it).

Do you send email for me, or do I connect my own inboxes?

You connect your own sending identities — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, or SMTP. Bolt Sequencer orchestrates sequences, rotation, and deliverability guardrails across those mailboxes. We are not a generic anonymous bulk-sending pipe.

How are per-inbox limits different from my monthly volume?

Per-inbox daily and hourly caps, rotation, and send gaps are deliverability guardrails on each connected mailbox. Your monthly send volume on the pricing slider is the account-level outbound quota for campaign sends across all workspaces you own. Both apply.
